Terms and Conditions
Registration for and access to Interventional Complications 2026 is subject to the CRF Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct, and Terms and Conditions.

Prohibition on Badge Swapping, Sharing, or Lending
Swapping, sharing, or lending an event badge to any other person is strictly prohibited. The full policy is available in our Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. Send your cancellation email to: [email protected].
- Full Refund: If we receive your cancellation in writing before Wednesday, June 3, 2026 (by 11:59 PM EDT, UTC −4), you will receive a full refund minus a US$100 administrative fee.
- Partial Refund: If we receive your cancellation in writing between Thursday, June 4, 2026 (12:00 AM EDT, UTC −4) and Tuesday, July 14, 2026(by 11:59 PM EDT, UTC −4), you will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
- No Refund: No refunds will be processed after Wednesday, July 15, 2026 (12:00 AM EDT, UTC −4).
Reminder to Cancel Travel: In case of cancellation of attendance (by you or by CRF), please be sure to cancel any associated travel arrangements (e.g., lodging/housing, airfare, or other travel arrangements). As more fully set forth in our Terms and Conditions, CRF is neither liable nor responsible for any such associated travel costs.
Fellows and Medical Students
- NEW Registration Deposit: Registration for fellows and medical students remains free; however, a deposit of US$100 is required for fellows and medical students during the registration process.

Deposit Return Policy:
You will receive a full refund of the US$100 deposit in either of the following cases:
a) You attend the conference, or
b) You cancel your registration on or before Wednesday, July 15, 2026 (by 11:59 PM EDT). -
Nonrefundable Deposit:
The US$100 deposit is nonrefundable if you cancel your registration after Wednesday, July 15, 2026 (11:59 PM EDT) or fail to attend the conference.
One-Day Access Rule
By purchasing a One-Day Access badge, you understand, acknowledge, and agree to abide by the following, in addition to the CRF Terms and Conditions.
- Badge Pickup: You will be able to pick up your badge only on the day you’ve chosen to attend and will be required to return it to the designated registration counter at Interventional Complications 2026 by the close of registration the day of your attendance.
- Badge Return: If you do not return your One-Day Access badge prior to the close of registration on the day of attendance, the credit card on file for your registration will be automatically charged the Interventional Complications 2026 On-Site Full Access registration fee for the designated registration category.
- Downgrades: Refunds will not be issued for changing from Full Access to One-Day Access.
- Single Purchase: Multiple One-Day Access passes cannot be purchased. If you wish to attend more than one day of Interventional Complications 2026, you must register for Full Access. You may upgrade from One-Day Access to Full Access by contacting [email protected]. The prevailing Full Access registration rate will apply.
Substitutions
Registrations cannot be transferred from one person to another, and substitutions are prohibited.
Incorrect/Duplicate Registrations
CRF cannot be held responsible for incorrect and/or duplicate registrations. In such cases, the cancellation policy applies.
Badge Changes and/or Reprints
The fee for on-site badge changes or reprints is $150 per change/reprint.
